Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms", "Terms of Use") carefully before using the SoundPaint mobile application (the "Service") operated by Zirva Safarov ("us", "we", or "our").
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Application on an iOS device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or yearly).
Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
Trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Zirva Safarov.
SoundPaint uses motion control and generates audio frequencies.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
In no event shall Zirva Safarov be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Azerbaijan.

This Privacy Policy describes how SoundPaint ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your information.
Personal Data: We do not collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information (PII). All processing happens locally on your device.
Usage Data: We do not use third-party analytics. Apple may collect anonymous crash reports if you have opted-in.
Microphone: Used solely for the internal audio engine. We do not record or transmit audio.
Motion Sensors: Used to control audio parameters in real-time. Data is never stored.
All payments are processed securely by Apple via the App Store (StoreKit). We do not have access to your billing details.
App preferences and presets are stored locally on your device.
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
